Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges: We accept returns or exchanges for products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. To be eligible for a return or exchange, please initiate the process within 30 days from the date of delivery.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange: Contact our Customer Support team at info@pearltomato.com or call us at 1-317-895-9000 to request a return or exchange. Please provide your order number, the product(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for your request.

Our Customer Support team will guide you through the return or exchange process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack the product(s) securely in their original packaging along with a copy of your purchase receipt and the RMA number.

Ship the package to the address provided by our Customer Support team. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product(s), we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow at least 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges: If you're requesting an exchange for a product of equal value, our team will guide you through the process and assist in placing the new order. Once we receive the returned product(s), we will ship the exchanged product(s) to you.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, including:

Products that have been used or opened. Gift cards. Products marked as final sale. Damaged or Defective Products: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our Customer Support team within 30 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
